Karrikins Group was born from a passion for creating positive change in the world one nudge at a time.
Since its beginnings as ChangeLabs in 2001, through its migration to Karrikins Group in 2017, and ever since, we’ve been geeking out over the power of aligned action.
Our enduring mission is to make HOW matter for as many leaders and organizations as possible.
We are so grateful for the global companies that have taken this journey with us, including De Beers, Brookfield Residential, Xylem, and Cisco Systems.
In 2020, our founder, Peter Sheahan, turned over leadership of the company to us. Together we are committed to taking the journey forward and bringing the power of alignment to a new generation of leaders.

Meet Peter Sheahan
Founder, Author & Keynote Speaker
Peter Sheahan founded ChangeLabs, now Karrikins Group in 2001 with the aim of accelerating transformation within communities and businesses around the world. ChangeLabs built out high impact community investment programs that changed the trajectory of student outcomes in financial literacy, digital / online safety, and healthy eating, among other things.
In 2012 Peter brought the power of transformation to the US and began applying the successful practices around behavior-based change to leaders and teams. In 2020, Peter exited the business and Bruce Siegel and Julie Williamson took over as co-owners and Managing Partners. Since then, Karrikins Group has continued to build on our deep roots in behavior-change to enable transformative growth for our clients through the power of aligned leadership.
