Kate Huckabay
Senior Consultant / HOW Activator, Chair of the Alignment Institute, and Assessment Lead
Kate is a Senior Consultant and HOW Activator at Karrikins Group. She serves as Chair of the Alignment Institute, leads our assessment design and delivery, and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certified through the Co-Active Training Institute. Kate partners with leaders and executive teams, across many industries, guiding them on how to start with self, create clarity, and drive alignment as a team.
Her 15+ years of experience partnering with senior leaders includes helping them to execute ambitious initiatives focused on leveraging employee strengths, creating value for customers, and innovative processes. Kate works with many of our clients and inspires them to action through facilitation both in-person and virtually, engagement design, and executive coaching.

Background and Experience
As a HOW Activator, Kate loves working on and with teams. She is ever curious about the human experience and is dedicated to collective and individual growth. She received the Karrikins Group Level Up Award in 2019 in recognition of her personal commitment to growth and development.
Kate is a social justice ally and advocate and has been involved in social justice organizations and activities for the past 20 years. Her social justice work includes using theater as a forum for solving the avoided. Under her leadership, the Anschutz Inclusivity Alliance received the Rosa Parks Diversity Award from the University of Colorado Denver.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Envision:You, the only state-wide organization focused on closing gaps in behavioral health outcomes for LGBTQ+ Coloradoans. Kate is also a StrengthsFinder facilitator and Reiki practitioner.
