Kate is a Senior Consultant and HOW Activator at Karrikins Group. She engages with executive teams across various industries, guiding them on how to start with self, create clarity, and drive alignment as a team.

Kate works with many of our clients and inspires them to action through facilitation both in-person and virtually, engagement design, executive coaching, and leading our assessment design and delivery.

Her 15+ years of experience partnering with senior leaders includes helping them to execute ambitious initiatives focused on leveraging employee strengths, creating value for customers, and innovative processes. Kate’s ability to create the space for quality conversations is exceptional, and clients love her energy, enthusiasm, and insights.

Kate has a passion for creating the space for leaders to both start with self and model the way for their teams to align and deliver. As a HOW Activator, Kate loves working on and with teams. She is ever curious about the human experience and is dedicated to collective and individual growth.  She received the Karrikins Group Level Up Award in 2019 in recognition of her personal commitment to growth and development.

As a social justice ally, Kate serves on the board of the non-profit Envision:You and is an actor and facilitator for the past 20 years with an organization that uses theater to advocate for social equity and justice. Through her leadership, the Anschutz Inclusivity Alliance received the Rosa Parks Diversity Award from the University of Colorado, Denver.

Kate is comfortable working across cultures and around the globe – when she managed the Office of Global Programs at NYU she worked with a diverse team which included a local staff of 24 and an abroad staff of 122 at 10 international academic centers.

Already a trained StrengthsFinder facilitator and Reiki practitioner, Kate is currently getting certified as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training institute, slated for completion in 2022.
