Jay has worked with organizations across the energy, telecommunications, and financial services sectors. He has held executive roles at major infrastructure investment companies and founded his own consulting firm, gaining hands-on experience managing complex investment strategies and market expansion initiatives for some of the most ambitious growth-focused leaders and organizations.
Prior to joining Karrikins Group, as a Managing Director at Unison Infrastructure Partners, Jay grew a $1.3 billion portfolio through disciplined market expansion and strategic execution. As Founder/CEO of LeaseLogic Consulting Group, he developed breakthrough business development strategies across energy and technology sectors, consistently identifying opportunities others missed.
