As a Managing Partner at Karrikins Group, Bruce lives out his passion for Making HOW Matter to leaders. Internally he leads our strategy and operations, oversees client engagements, and spends time developing our HOW Activators. His personal experience as an executive combined with his extensive work with senior leaders in client organizations makes him a high impact partner for our client executives. His cross-industry business acumen couples with a passion for human dynamics to help leaders drive alignment – and his direct and concise style drives accountability to personal growth.
Bruce has worked with organizations of all sizes and in most industries. He has held executive roles in small, mid-size and Fortune 1000 companies and consulted with some of the fastest growing, most innovative global leaders and brands.

Background and Experience
Prior to Karrikins Group, Bruce held executive roles stewarding the creation of significant growth platforms including service and geographic expansions. He has led strategy, human capital, operational efficiency, and technology consulting organizations, successfully stewarding those organizations in growth and innovation, both nationally and internationally.
Bruce’s activities within the community include serving on non-profit and for-profit boards. He has also provided pro-bono mentorship to new leaders and leaders looking to change professions.
Bruce has a passion for education reform and helping young individuals find a vision for themselves. Bruce served for over ten years as a Board Member and as the Vice Chair for the Knowledge is Power Program (KIPP) Colorado. KIPP oversees a network of free open-enrollment college preparatory charter schools in under-resourced communities. Bruce also served multiple terms as a Board Member for Colorado Succeeds, a non-profit, non-partisan coalition of business leaders committed to improving education for workforce development and economic growth.
Bruce has been a Mentor with Valor Bridge, a non-profit organization devoted to providing mentorship and education to our combat veterans ensuring the most successful transitions back into civilian life. Additionally, Bruce has served as an Advisory Board member for SelectHub, a collaborative technology selection management platform that helps organizations make better purchase decisions faster.
