Enterprise Team Alignment Solutions
Your leadership team agrees on what to do.
So why aren’t you seeing results?
Decisions get made, then quietly reprioritized a few weeks later. There’s harmony in the room, but it isn’t real, and nothing seems to change.
What we hear from leadership teams
- ✓We keep having the same conversations over and over
- ✓We agree on priorities, but follow-through is inconsistent
- ✓Reprioritization has become a habit, not an exception
- ✓Decision rights are unclear, so decisions get slower
- ✓We thought we were all on the same page, but we’re not
- ✓Growth or transformation is exposing cracks in how we lead together
THE PATTERN WE SEE
THE LEADERSHIP TEAM AGREED
“Everyone signed off on the priorities.”
BUT NOTHING HAPPENED
…progress quietly stalled.
Alignment is what turns agreement into results
Most leadership teams aren’t short on strategy, talent, or ambition. What breaks down is HOW the team leads together. It’s the shared clarity, connection, commitment, and courage required to execute as one team rather than a group of capable individuals.
Karrikins Group works directly with your leadership team, combining executive coaching, consulting, and facilitation into one configurable engagement, to build the alignment your growth and transformation goals require.
What this looks like for your team
Built around your team
Engagements are configured to the leadership team in front of us, typically 8 to 18 participants, and shaped around the specific growth or transformation challenge at hand.
Three disciplines, one engagement
Executive coaching, consulting, and facilitation are blended into a single configurable engagement rather than delivered as separate tracks.
A working rhythm, not a workshop
Most engagements run 6 to 12 months and include roughly 10 working sessions of 3 to 4 hours. Change is built through repetition, not a single offsite.
Discovery before design
Engagements start with confidential interviews and assessments, so the work reflects what is actually happening on your team, not a generic curriculum.

Why enterprise teams choose to work with us
Sustaining growth and M&A
Leadership behaviors and decision-making that hold up as the organization scales or integrates.
Partners stay engaged in firm-wide priorities as the org gets bigger.
Large-scale transformation
A leadership model that survives contact with change, rather than getting derailed by internal friction.
The change agenda outlives the kickoff.
Prioritization & decision making
Faster, clearer decisions and consistent follow-through, replacing reprioritization-as-habit with delivery.
Leaders stop re-litigating the same decision every quarter.

THE CHALLENGE
A professional services firm was scaling quickly through both organic growth and acquisition. Its senior leadership team had strong individual performers, but partner engagement in firm-wide priorities was uneven and several functions were seen as lagging the growth agenda. The team needed a shared way of leading together that could keep pace, without adding an unsustainable burden to an already stretched executive group.
THE APPROACH
Karrikins Group began with confidential interviews and a discovery assessment across the leadership team and their direct reports, surfacing the mindsets and group dynamics limiting alignment. Over several months the team worked through a structured series of sessions to define how they needed to lead together, producing shared commitments, new habits, and a practical accountability structure. A broader session extended the work to the next layer of leadership, and periodic check-ins and assessments tracked whether the commitments were holding.
THE SHIFT
The leadership team moved from individually strong but disconnected performance to a shared, visible standard for how decisions get made and followed through, giving the broader organization a clearer model to follow.

We wrote the book on how to Make HOW Matter
Julie Williamson, PhD, CEO and a Managing Partner at Karrikins Group, authored Make HOW Matter after years of helping leadership teams close the gap between agreement and alignment. The Enterprise Team Alignment Solutions on this page are that same thinking put into practice with client leadership teams, not a separate offering.
Let’s talk about how your team leads together.
Starting with just a confidential conversation.
You are tackling big goals: growth, transformation, integration, culture change. You may have the strategy, the vision, and the business case. But if your leadership team is not aligned on HOW to lead together, you will feel the drag through slow decisions, repeated conversations, stalled progress, and priorities that never take off.
We’re here to help change HOW you lead together.
